I have been responsible for the design, construction, start-up and qualification of several HVAC installations for biopharmaceutical plants. In the pharmaceutical area as a HVAC Engineer he has managed the design, construction, start-up and qualification of complete HVAC systems. Design of LAF benches, LAF RABS benches, decontamination systems, HVAC system design for isolator system.<\/p>\n

In the pharmaceutical area as a BU Engineer I managed the design, construction, start-up and qualification of complete BU systems. Design of a new chilled water plant including the integration of the existing plant into one complete installation.\u00a0 Upgrade and redesign of the steam plant, compressed air plant, water preparation, hot water preparation, evaluation of the systems regarding legionella.<\/p>\n

Implementing EPB regulations to the design.<\/p>\n

Design of classified cold rooms and storage freezer rooms up to -40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

He was also responsible for the detailed design of the automation procedures and worked with automation system providers like Siemens, Johnson Controls, Priva, Saia, etc. He has worked within engineering companies and engineering departments for small and large projects.<\/p>\n

In the nuclear pharmaceutical area I have been responsible to establish a correct GMP design and cooperated to establish a conceptual design for pharma nuclear production plants.<\/p>\n
